The virtual Israeli Air Force (vIAF) is a Special Operations Virtual Airline (VA-SOA) that is based on the VATSIM network.
vIAF is destined to simulate the real-life Israeli Air Force activities in a matter of daily training, special training operations, and VATSIM online events.
vIAF has the privilage of the ability to represent the IAF online to the world-wide, allowing VATSIM pilots to have fun with the irregular type of flight operations as well as expressing the pride in the real IAF.
vIAF shall be based on the foundations of non-compermising respect to the sorrounding human beings, and shall not express any political movement what so ever, nor will threat or immosionally harm any online person at the VATSIM network.
The vIAF is organised based on the division to four (4) mainstream flight squadrons: Fighter sqdn, Transport sqdn, Helicopter sqdn, Light sqdn.
Each of those are managed under the responsibility of one squadron commander, each sqdn commander is directed, supervised and ordered by the vIAF general commander directly, as well as the airbase commander.
The vIAF is based in the Hatserim AFB, Israel (LLHB), but operates within the entire Israeli FIR in particular and the entire world in general.
